Introduction

TWIST is a software tool allowing Soleil users to browse and download experimental data stored in the storage facility in NeXus format.

Each data file is associated with a set of contextual data named "experimental frame". THe experimental frame is commonly defined over all Soleil beamlines.

Thus, it's easy to retrieve data files thanks to a research with one or more criteria on the experimental frame.

For example, if you wish to retreive data from an experiment on project 20050203 covering the sample "CristalAB", this research will find all NeXus files that match your research.

Once the NeXus files paths are identified, you can visualize data files content and/or download them.
